Shifting through the chores of the day
She is reminded of things she loves,
Of days gone by,
Of friendships lost and gained,
Of the life she has chosen,
Pictures on the wall
Tell a tale of so many memories,
Yet the ones she is thankful for
The most are the ones that begin
With you walking through her door.
